Shipping Information

Here is some information that may help you make the best decision for getting your goods to you. 


Collection from Christchurch is available upon request.


The cost depends on the size of the item. You will be informed of the courier charge when you place and then pay for the order.
This service is usually 2 days delivery, but please note that delivery times are target times and are not guaranteed by the courier company and can sometimes take longer.
Rural areas may require additional delivery time and charges.


Some larger items will need to be freighted. 
You will be informed of the freight cost and estimated delivery time when you place the order.

International Orders

Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will confirm if and export order is possible and the associated costs. 


With all shipping options we will endeavour to notify you of any expected delays. 
If extra information is required to process your order, such as credit card processing, this can delay the shipping of your order. 
A delay may also occur if your credit card was declined; for address verification;  if your billing address was entered incorrectly; or if order details were omitted.

If there is an issue with your delivery, lost goods, or damaged goods - you must contact us immediately. Issues outside of 14 days may not be resolved by the courier / freight companies.
